The Night Before:

1. Check Your Weight
2. Take Measurements

3. Take STARTING Photos (front, back, side)
4. Organize Fuelings for First Day
5. Set Alarms for Fueling Times for the Week
6. Read Content in “My Path to Health” App

7. Watch Journey Kick-Off Call
8. Text Coach -- "I'm ready!"

Tips For Day 1:

1. Set alarm to eat every 2.5-3 hours
2. Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water
3. Use the App to track
4. Keep guide handy
5. Plan Lean & Green meals ahead of time
6. Weigh and measure food + condiments
